Pool Closures

Swimwell Scotland Ltd hires pools from various different schools / councils / health clubs and therefore is not directly responsible for pool maintenance. This obviously means occasionally we come across problems outwith our control. message.  Closures are very rare as pools are generally well maintained. In the event of a closure we will contact each customer individually by text message. Please can you ensure that Swimwell have the most up to date email address and mobile telephone number for quick communication purposes.

Any missed lessons will be added onto the end of the current block. If a swimmer is not returning at the end of the block a catch up lesson will be offered. No refunds will be given.
